- 1 / 5By Rachael BartlettCame to this mcdonalds in hopes of a warm, cozy cup of Apple Cider. Contrary to what I had once believed to be true, mcdonalds does not have apple cider on their menu. However, they do have Apple juice. I politely asked the man on the other side of the speaker if he could warm some apple juice up for me when he then responded with a very firm NO. I proceeded to order the second best, a cup of hot chocolate, when I also got a firm NO. Apparently their McCafe machines were down that night. The man taking my order did not offer anything else to please me, or even an apology for the great inconvenience it had been to my relaxing Saturday night. I have been to an abundance of fast food restaurants and ALL of them have gone above and beyond to make me happy. This particular McDonald's did not and I am NOT loving it.April 21, 2017
